Banking and Payroll

Bank Account:

  • Your salary will be deposited in your US bank account by the 7th of each month.
  • If you already have a US bank account, please fill out the bank Direct Deposit Authorization form. 
  • If you do not already have a US bank account, please open one with the CCCU (Christian Community Credit Union) in order for your paychecks to be deposited. See instructions to open a CCCU bank account.

*Note: Opening a CCCU account as soon as possible will assist WVI in ensuring that your paycheck is deposited on time. The entire process, from the moment you contact CCCU to the moment you receive your checkbook, debit card, and pin number, will take several weeks. It is important that you initiate this process as soon as possible, in order that you may have access to your bank account and paychecks.

US Tax Payers: 
Below you will find tax documents:

*Note for US Tax Payers only: If the name on your passport does not match the name on your social security card, please use the name printed on your social security card for all banking forms. This is required by the U.S. Government in order to file your taxes. If you have had a recent name change please submit supporting documents to reflect this change.

iPay Statements:  
Through our payroll provider, WVI is able to offer you online access to your paycheck statements and annual W-2. This service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Please read the ADP iPay instructions to register.
