To provide overall leadership, planning, implementation and management to the “Community-based WASH Improvement Project in Gowainghat, Sylhet, Bangladesh”(hereinafter referred to as the “Project”) in order to achieve the Project goal.

Important Functional Relationships
Upazila level Administrations, district, upazila & Union level health institutes/structure, local level GO-NGOs, Civil Society Organizations, local garments owner/management, Churches, Faith Based Organizations, UN Agencies, Issue related service providers, training organizations and local level CBOs, local leaders, educational institutions.
National & overseas partners.

Bachelor’s degree preferably in Nutrition and Health, Social Sciences, Social Work or relevant field.
Post graduate degree specially in Public Health/Nutrition & Health
Clear Understanding on the issues project has to work on.
Knowledge & Skills
Knowledge on current development and emergence issues
Good conceptual and practical skill to write project concept paper and design documents of the project.
Good knowledge and skills in forecasting and budgeting
Baseline survey, Evaluation and Monitoring process and tools.
Good facilitation skill of Training, Seminar and Advocacy programs.
Proven management and leadership ability
Good communication and networking skill
Good command in English & Bengali, both written and verbal
Decision making and conflict resolution skills
Competent in using MS Word, MS Excel and PowerPoint presentation
Basic computer literacy using of Microsoft Office Microsoft Word, Excel & MS Power Point
Minimum 5 years of experience in the field of WASH preferably in the managerial position and also experience in managing donor funded project
At least 2 years of experience in Leadership position
