World Vision is a Christian relief, development and advocacy organization dedicated to working with children, families and communities to overcome poverty and injustice. The Latin America & the Caribbean Regional Office (LACRO) provides oversight to 14 National Offices where World Vision’s focus is predominantly programmatic implementation.
The Regional Office strategy role is monitoring fulfillment and alignment of National Strategies (goals and objectives) Global Strategy (OP2030), collaborating with National Offices and Regional team. To perform monitor and to support progress, RO must organize, update and analyze data referred directly to impact.
Purpose of the position:
Provide technical support in the monitoring of National Office strategies realization.
Support Connection between Global, regional and National initiatives to design or test tools to make the design of national strategies more agile and efficient.
Produce programming forecasting and technical analysis to support decision process.
Design, systematization and follow-up of a robust set up information processes engagement diverse players.
Design and implement information sharing mechanisms
Provide Coordination support to Impact team (budget, staff management, etc.)

Qualifications: Education/Knowledge/Technical Skills and Experience
The following may be acquired through a combination of formal or self-education, prior experience or on-the job training:
Minimum Qualification required:Degree in Economics, Business, International Affairs or PublicAdministration, or any related field.
A proven record of collaborating with people in a cross-cultural setting
2-5 years (not more than that) hands on experience in applying business strategy and management frameworks, concepts and methodologies.
