Position: Administration Manager

Location: Phnom Penh

Salary & Benefit Package: USD 1280 – USD 1600


To provide leadership, oversight and management on the core aspects of Administrative functions for the organisation eg. Office administration, facilities, fleet management and office hospitality.

This position will provide strategic management and leadership supports to admin functions which are based in national office and field offices, The position will require the incumbent to plan, engage, consult and build the capacity of Admin Staff, will provide matrix leadership to the all Admin function for provincial offices.


  1. Provide leadership and management to admin team and all administration functions within WV Cambodia in order to perform high quality of services. Provide matrix leadership and support to all Operations or zones admin function.

  2. To ensure all WV Cambodia offices facilities are effectively supported and staff have a clean, secure and hospitable place to work.

  3. Ensure adequate fleet and transportation management system in place and smoothly run and served

  4. Ensure adequate fixed assets policies and tracking systems are in place in collaboration with Finance

  5. To ensure adequate logistics procedure and tracking systems in order goods and supply are safe kept up to date and stocked with proper documentation.

  6. To be responsible for all major construction management, WV properly, and lease agreement to assure relevance local law and all WV relevance policies are used.


As part of the World Vision Cambodia mandate requirements for new staff, all candidates who are offered job are required to produce Local Police Clearance Certificate prior to date of joining in the organisation.

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a related field, Masters in relevant administrative field of study would be preferred.

  2. Strategic thinking skill, strong in managing people and problem solving abilities, networking and negotiating skills.

  3. Professional English and Computer skills is required with effective communication and facilitation skills

  4. Advanced knowledge of Computer Accounting Software, Microsoft Office, Lotus Notes or similar database, email and Internet programs

  5. Basic security management skills

  6. 3+ years experiences in administration position with medium business/medium NGO/government agency

  7. Minimum 2 years experiences in Administrative management position which involves leading a team.
