World Vision is an international Christian Humanitarian Organization working with the poor and oppressed to promote human transformation and seek justice. Our Cambodia Office is seeking for one (01) qualified Cambodian candidate to fill in the position below:

Position: Project Coordinator for Active Community Toward Protection of Children

Location: Samrong Tong II ADP, Kandal Operations

Salary & Benefit: 585 USD – 732 USD dependent on professional experience and qualifications

I. THE PURPOSE OF THE POSITION

To strengthen the child protection mechanism and increase life skill and livelihood development for youth group.

II. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Promote and revise plan to reflect and learn from the community with ADP team

  2. Prepare and revise annual budgets to response the community with accountability.

  3. Ensure that the projects are reaching high quality of performance through coordinating implementing of ADP approach.

  4. Ensure ongoing learning on good practices & sectoral standards relevant to the assigned projects and monitoring system and tools are developed and used by TDFs and PCs.

  5. Promote teamwork among ADP team in learning, training and spiritual nurture

  6. Enhance a positive identity of WV Cambodia including being a witness.

  7. To build a strong collaborative network among partners and community

III. REQUIREMENTS:

  1. Bachelor Degree in relevant field.

  2. Computer literate; Microsoft Word and Excel.

  3. Competent in written English communication.

  4. Good interpersonal and communication skills.

  5. Minimum 2 years of sectoral/appropriate professional experience

  6. Sound experience in project design, implementation, monitoring, evaluation, and report writing

  7. Previous experience in child protection and youth in an advantage

  8. Committed to job and puts in effort to meet deadlines.

  9. Displays a positive and supportive attitude toward the Organization
