Position: Project Coordinator for Maternal Child Health and Nutrition

Location: Koh Andaet ADP, Takeo Operations

Salary & Benefit Package: USD 585 - USD 732dependent on professional experience and qualifications

I. THE PURPOSE OF POSITION

To assist the ADP manager in planning, implementing, monitoring and evaluating the project in a coordinated way and to ensure the projects promotes quality, empowering and sustainable development in close collaboration with TDFs.

II. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. To ensure project implementation is done well by coordinating with TDFs, the projects and promoted the gender analysis, Christ-centered commitment, and child protection, transformational development.

  2. Mainstream the gender analysis, Christ-centered commitment and child protection for promoting the TD and cross cutting themes.

  3. Monitor project activities and outputs ensuring the accountability and achievement of outcomes.

  4. Revise plans in response to comply with the reflection and learning from the community and the ADP Team.

  5. Participate, as an ADP Team member, in learning, training actively.

  6. Manage and report on the budget according to donor guidelines.

  7. Ensure the community is involved in all stages of monitoring and evaluation, including TDIs, which feed into learning and planning.

  8. Prepare and revise annual budgets on time with accountability.

III. REQUIREMENTS:

  1. University degree in Health Science, University degree in Technique Medical care.

  2. Minimum 2 years of field/sectoral/appropriate professional experience.

  3. Previous experience in advocacy and networking in an advantage.

  4. Good interpersonal and communication skills and Competent in written English communication.

  5. Computer literate; Microsoft Word and Excel.

  6. On primary health care, Health technical communication skill.

  7. Sound experience in project design, implementation, monitoring, evaluation, and report writing
