Position: Project Coordinator for Health & Nutrition

Location: Sa’ang District, Kandal Province

Salary & Benefit Package: 585 USD – 732 USD dependent on professional experience and qualifications

I. THE PURPOSE OF THE POSITION

To manage the assigned project Health and Nutrition with effectiveness and efficiency through empowerment approach In order to be sustainable development.

II. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Develop and revise plan to reflect and learn from the community with Area Program (AP) team.

  2. Prepare and revise annual budgets to response the community with accountability.

  3. Ensure that all projects are reaching high quality of performance through coordinating implement of AP approach.

  4. Ensure ongoing learning on good practices and sectoral standards relevant to the assigned projects and monitoring system and tools are developed and used by Transformation Development Facilitators and Project Coordinators (PCs).

  5. Promote teamwork among AP team in learning, training, and spiritual nurture

  6. Enhance a positive identity of WV International including being a witness.

  7. To build a strong collaborative network among partners and community.

  8. Ensure project activities benefit to children, and are monitored to meet Sponsorship Child Monitoring Requirements.

III. REQUIREMENTS

  1. University degree of development management or Secondary Nurse is required.

  2. At least 2 years experiences in community development project.

  3. Sound experience in project and program design, implementation, monitoring, evaluation, and report writing.

  4. Previous experience in advocacy and networking in an advantage.

  5. Good interpersonal and communication skills.

  6. Competent in written English communication.

  7. Computer literate; Microsoft Word and Excel.

  8. Willingness to travel and stay overnight at project sites.
