Human Resource Coordinator, Benefit and Administration

World Vision is an international Christian Humanitarian Organization working with the poor and oppressed to promote human transformation and seek justice. Our Cambodia Office is seeking for One (01) qualified Cambodian candidate to fill in the position below:

Position: Human Resource Coordinator, Benefit and Administration

Location:National Office, Phnom Penh

Salary & Benefit Package: USD 585 - USD 732

I. THE PURPOSE OF THE POSITION

To serve as primary coordinator for the administration of employee benefits such as health and life insurance and hospitalization and ensure staff benefits such as separation pay, retirement, and service award are coordinated well.

II. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Coordinate and implement benefits programs in such as hospitalization & Surgical and group accident insurance & NSSF benefit/life insurance.

  2. Ensure all staffs appropriately receive their benefits consistently with the National Staff Manual, retirement and when there is a separation from WVI.

  3. Work on accounting charges relating to insurances

  4. Provide Administrative and filling support to Human Resource department and ensure that stationary, Office supplies and asset inventory are under control properly.

  5. Facilitate the communications between hospitals/clinics, insurance companies and WVC staff on health related issues and claims, Especially, when staff have an accident

  6. Ensure that staffs are registered with the insurance company for GA & NSSF and each one of them has insurance ID Card

  7. Coordinate the printing of WVI’s ID cards for all news staffs and renewal for expired

  8. Produce and issue Notification letter for staff as needed.

  9. Issue and print Employment certificate for separation staff who eligible to get.

III. REQUIREMENTS

  1. Bachelor degree in business administration

  2. 1 year Human resource service experience especially, in benefits area and Insurance knowledge.

  3. Occupational Health and safety including medical knowledge.

  4. High ethical commitment and truthworthiness.

  5. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, including good English speaking and Writing skill.

  6. Computer literate in Microsoft office.
