ICT Customer Service Officer for Zone

World Vision is an international Christians Humanitarian Organization working with the poor and oppressed to promote human transformation and seek justice. Our Cambodia Office is seeking for One (1) qualified national candidate to fill in the position below:

Position: ICT Customer Service Officer for Zone

Location: Kampong Chhnang + Batambang Province

Based salary: 468 – 585 USD according to professional experience

I. THE PURPOSE OF THE POSITION

To provide ICT technical support in software, hardware maintenance, troubleshooting and other helpdesk supports in LAN/WAN in Kampong Chhnang and Batambang Province.

II. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. To provide ICT technical support, helpdesk support both hardware and software to end users.

  2. To implement WVI-C ICT policies and guidelines to ensure the appropriate use of ICT equipment and services in compliance with local & GC ICT Standard.

  3. To assist and efficiency service to users in using computers and ICT equipment and communication equipment, understanding policies and guidelines.

  4. Maintenance of complete and accurate IT asset inventory.

  5. To coordinate with vendors and providers for procurement of ICT equipment and Internet connection services.

  6. Provide IT training to users focusing on using of computer and communication equipment and services to build staff capacity in information technology.

III. REQUIREMENTS:

  1. At least Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or computer science or related field.

  2. Background or experience with electronic, electrical power or other telecommunication.

  3. At least 3-year experiences in providing ICT technical support, preferably with NGO context and environment.

  4. Thorough knowledge and high-level skills and experiences of computer hardware and software installation, configuration and maintenance.

  5. Strong technical knowledge and skills in Windows 7/8 clients, Windows 2008/2012 server, LAN/WAN installation and configuration, and Lotus Notes.

  6. Good English language both writing and oral communication.

  7. Able to embrace organizational values towards the mission of WVI
