Position: ICT Customer Service Officer

Location: Takeo province and frequently travel to Kandal and Kompong Speu provinces

Salary & Benefit Package: 468 USD - 585 USD per month dependent on your experience and qualifications

I. PURPOSE OF POSITION:

To provide ICT technical support in software, hardware maintenance, troubleshooting and other helpdesk supports in LAN/WAN in Zone for Takeo & Kandal within 9APs more than 125 staffs.

II. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. To provide ICT technical support, helpdesk support both hardware and software to end users.

  2. To implement WVI-C ICT policies and guidelines to ensure the appropriate use of ICT equipment and services in compliance with local & GC ICT Standard.

  3. To assist and efficiency service to users in using computers and ICT equipment and communication equipment, understanding policies and guidelines.

  4. To coordinate with vendors and providers for procurement of ICT equipment and Internet connection services.

III. QUALIFICATIONS:

  1. Bachelors degree in Information Technology, computer science, orrelated field would be asset.

  2. At least 3 years experiences in providing ICT technical support, preferably with NGO context and environment

  3. Knowledge and high level of skill and experiences of computer hardware, software installation, configuration and maintenance.

  4. Strong technical knowledge and skills in Windows 7/8 clients, Windows 2008/2012 server, LAN/WAN installation and configuration, and Lotus Notes

  5. Very good in both written and spoken English and experience with electronic, electrical power or other telecommunication.
