Position: Project Coordinator for M-Health

Location: Samrong Tong II AP, Kampong Speu Province, Kandal Operations

Salary & Benefit Package: USD 585 – USD 732 per month dependent on your experience and qualifications

I. PURPOSE OF POSITION

To coordinate planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of : A randomized cluster control study of mHealth intervention and PD/Hearth (“SKL”), provide basic and technical supports to TDFs and community partners to implement the project activities and technical health models and communicate with district level relevant government parties and makes it easy for the project activities to be well and smoothly implemented.

II. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Community level analysis and use the result to plan with project do monthly plan budget plan and implementation

  2. Coordinate budget plan and monitoring project activities and write monthly report

  3. Ensure children monitor record into monitoring forms SKL database of moderated Malnourished and respond appropriately.

  4. Coordinate home visit face to face through phone contact for caregivers of malnourished children

  5. Coordinate Gender analysis, Christ-centered commitment, child prevention and protection are integrated into planning and implementation of project.

  6. Coordinate with TDFs and district government partners to support project implementation that promotes transformational development in community

  7. Coordinate and network within and outside of WV to maximize resources utilized within the community.

  8. Monitor project activities and outputs to ensure accountability and achievement of outcomes on district level.

  9. Ensure the community and children are involved in all stages of monitoring and evaluation on district level

  10. Document and disseminate key lessons and strategies to appropriate stakeholders for acknowledgement and learning.

III. QUALIFICATIONS

  1. At least Bachelor Degree in Health Science or any related field

  2. At least one-year relevant experience.

  3. At least 1 years of progressive experiences in the field of Health or Nutrition

  4. At least 1 years of experiences in working in the community

  5. Sounds experience in project design, implementation, monitoring, evaluation, and report writing.

  6. Ability to communicate in English both spoken and written and be able to operate Ms office software like Word, Excel, Power Point and electronic mail programs.

  7. Willing to work and stay in the rural area

  8. Be active and sound like a good team player

  9. Good interpersonal Communication

  10. Must understand and agree with WVs vision, mission and Core Values.
