World Vision International is an international Christian Humanitarian Organization working with the poor and oppressed to promote human transformation and seek justice. Our Cambodia Office is seeking for two (02) qualified Cambodian candidates to fill in the position below:

Position: Project Coordinator for Youth Leadership and Livelihood Development

Location: Takeo Province

Salary & Benefit Package: USD 585– USD 732 per month dependent on your experience and qualifications


The position will directly implement Youth Leadership and Livelihood Development (YLLD) activities under the direct supervision of Project Team Leaders and Area Program (AP) manager in respective target locations.


  1. To implement YLLD project based on agreed logical framework with envisioned results.

  2. To mobilize and recruit poor youth for wage-employment, self-employment program.

  3. To prove coaching and mentoring youths ensure they success in income generation with sustainable employment and business.

  4. To build good relationship with relevant key stakeholders, youths parents to get them buy-in with project and support their youth get success for wage-employment, self-employment.

  5. To facilitate youths parents for financial and non-financial support .

  6. Clear data management of all youths in YLLD program both wage-self employed


  1. University Degree in Education management or related field, specialize in technical and vocational education, business or economic or any other relevant TVET relevant area would an advantage.

  2. At least 2 years experiences in TVET program, facilitation, coordination and networking, good knowledge on community development, grant project concept.

  3. Experienced working with employment program for youth to ensure there are wage-employed or self-employed

  4. Experienced in coaching and mentoring method for youth

  5. Understand of (job/labour) markets in rural and urban Cambodia including matching of demands and supply in relation to jobs available for young people and young people’s technical and vocational skills, attitudes, and aspirations

  6. Dynamic and flexible in problem solving with diversified solution

  7. Ability to solve problems related to nature of work it can be but not limited to logical reasoning, analysis, critical thinking, broad level thinking, making decisions, risk taking.
