Administration Department.

Job Purpose

The Administrative Assistant will bring logistic and administrative support to the different departments within the organization to guarantee the administrative operations flow at the SSC and LACRO, aligned with the required standards for the internal customers.


Provide logistic and administrative support to the international staff, to the local and international staff.

In charge of domestic and non-domestic logistic events

Prepare and process financial requests

Coordinate external consulting contracts for professional services

Purchase and control of assets

Messaging services


High School degree

Bachelor’s degree with a major in finance, business or accounting

Advanced Level in English (oral and written) (90%)

Knowledge in computer programs: Word, Excel, Power Point, Internet and Lotus Notes

A good knowledge of best practices within a project accounting environment and how to driveperformance through better behaviors

Vendor and supplier negotiation Techniques

Customer service orientation

B1 driver’s license

Capability for the efficient management of digital information and safeguard of hard copy documents

Good writing and spelling

Capability to work as a team with an intercultural focus

Capability to draft, take notes and written and oral communication in the proper manner, being polite and efficient

Initiative to work on assignments and responsibilities

Good interpersonal relations and effective communication

At least 3 years’ experience as administrative assistant

At least 1 to 3 years’ experience coordinating the logistic for local and international events
