Assistant Store Manager Westfield Stratford

£25,185 per annum (including London Weighting Allowance) + a good range of benefits.

Fixed Term Contract to 31st January 2018

Based: Westfield Stratford City

We are looking for two individuals with Retail, Sales or Fundraising experience to join the World Vision retail team as an Assistant Store Manager. Based at our unique Garden of Hope retail experience in Westfield Stratford, you will be target-driven, enthusiastic and have excellent verbal and face-to-face communication skills. Key Responsibilities include:

  • Inspiring and coaching the store team to use the retail experience to achieve and exceed targets for sales and acquisitions.

  • Ensuring all customers receive the highest level of service delivery.

  • Ensuring operating standards and merchandising guidelines are followed maintaining brand image.

  • Deputising for the Store Manager and in their absence, managing the shift operation.

  • Developing and maintaining a team culture aligned with World Visions Christian identity and ethos is essential.
