World Vision Ghana is looking for highly qualified, proactive, motivated and resourceful persons to fill the positions of Warehouse Officers.
Warehouse Officers (Two Openings)
To support the management of World Vision Ghana Warehouses in Accra, Dodowa and Savelugu to ensure that quality deliverables are received and stocked to the satisfaction of customers as well as ensure that asset registers are kept updated and up to standard.
The positions are based in two locations - Southern Sector (Head Office & Dodowa) and Northern Sector (Savelugu in the Northern Region).
S/He reports to the Warehouse Coordinator.
Ensure warehousing standards are followed for different categories of procurements.
Ensure all items delivered are booked accurately following World Vision Ghana standards.
Monitor and advise on World Vision Ghana Asset Register for Southern and (Head Office & Dodowa) Northern Operations.
Provide service desk support and tracking of all items in stores.
Support in the conduct of reviews / stock-tracking in World Vision Ghana Warehouses.
Prepare Monthly and Quarterly Reports to the Warehouse Coordinator.
Education / Work Experience / Key Competencies
HND in Business Administration or Purchasing & Supply or any related academic programme.
Professional Qualification preferred in CIPS or warehouse and logistics certification.
Technical skills in Warehouse & Inventory Management.
Experience in Transportation & Distribution Management.
Commodity Tracking, Gift In Kind and programming integration.
At least 2- 3 years experience in logistics and warehouse management.
Supply Chain and / or Asset Management expertise
Must be a committed Christian, able to stand above denominational diversities.
Strong Interpersonal relationship skills
Good verbal & written communication skills
