Purpose of the position:
To support the implementation of Sponsorship Business Initiatives in alignment with the WVI Partnership standards and build capacity in sponsorship management to contribute to Child well being.
Child protection and risk management
Support field staff to maintain the Organization values and practices of child monitoring, participation and protection.
Support in identifying, assessing and managing risk risk in all Sponsorship initiatives (media, social Medias) for child protection.
Facilitate proper management of ADPs Sponsorship issues raised by Audit and evaluation reports.
Design and Implementation
Assist the Sponsorship Manager in decision making on, adaptation to context and planning of new initiatives
Assist the Sponsorship Manager in leading implementation, monitoring and reporting on Sponsorship business initiatives.
Monitor and provide technical support to Clusters / APs to maintain KPIs in all Sponsorship 2.0 products and new initiatives according to Partnership standards
Follow-up on partners’ queries about Sponsorship new initiatives to ensure that all the Partnership initiatives are implemented in the required deadlines at all levels (Head Office& Cluster / AP).
Make regular field visits as necessary to train, coach or orient the Cluster / AP staff on Global Center / National Office Sponsorship New Initiatives (social medias, video, audio, Web…), in partnership with the communication manager, ICT team, and on use of Sponsorship marketing & communication materials,
Elaborate user guides to ensure continuous capacity building and quality in the use of the sponsorship processes.
Build capacity of field staff in Sponsorship Business New Initiatives & Management to maintain partnership standards
Content production, reporting
Coordinate processing of sponsorship marketing materials: design APR/Christmas Card, all Sponsorship 2.0 Child & Community Content (Child Greetings Video, Child Greetings Photo, Child Update Photo, Community Update Photo, Community Farewell Video, YUV-CSM, Community Update Video, etc…)
Provide monthly reports and report on all assigned responsibilities in a timely manner.
Perform all duties, in compliance with the Organization values and principles, as assigned by the Sponsorship Manager
Qualifications: Education/Knowledge/Technical Skills and Experience
The following may be acquired through a combination of formal or self-education, prior experience or on-the-job training:
Educational level required: BA /BSC Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Development studies /planning, Social Science disciplines or related field.
Experience: 3 years working experience in Sponsorship Management or related fields
Working Environment / Conditions:
Work environment: Office-based with frequent travel to the field
Travel: 20 % Domestic/international travel is required.
