To support Global Fund PMU through provision of administrative and program support functions.
Support in procurement of goods & services and ensure that the program has adequate office supplies
Organize meetings/workshops/trainings for the program staff including logistics for fuel and perdiem for participants
Ensuring good filing system and management of all program files
Conduct a minimum of one field visit per month to each District to monitor activities such as program asset register, security issues, infrastructure/assets maintenance.
Supervise Drivers for effective management of program support work
Focal point for People and Culture issues such as providing support during interviews, disciplinary matters, ensure that new staff have all relevant documents in their personal files, administrative orientation of new staff and ensuring policy documents are signed annually.
Asset Management - ensuring that program assets are encoded and register updated both electronically and manually.
Minimum Qualifications, experience and Competencies
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies or related field
A minimum of 3 years’ experience in office management, reporting and management
Good communication, interpersonal skills and willingness to learn
Computer literate with good knowledge of Microsoft word, excel, power-point and email
Strong in report writing
Self- starter with the ability to work under minimum supervision
