Associate Director - Quality Assurance Technical
PURPOSE OF POSITION

To provide technical leadership in the development of quality programmes and projects. This position will ensure that World Vision learning is translated into stronger and more impactful programmes. The position will further lead quality assurance in programs through management of an effective team to contribute to innovation, technical excellence, application of learning and DME results, influence of the ministry of WVM towards achievement of the strategy objectives and child well-being outcomes. This position will provide leadership and technical oversight in the measurement of programs and strategy; will ensure that Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) systems are developed and utilized and the WV Development Programming Approach is strengthened and implemented across WVM programming.
