TEMPORARY MONITORING & EVALUATION OFFICER (2 Positions for Zomba and Chikwawa)

Purpose of Position:

Under the direction of the Design, Monitoring and Evaluation Coordinator the Monitoring and Evaluation Officers will ensure the collection, analysis and reporting of quality M&E data for the District.

Minimum qualification and experience required:

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/ICT, Public Health, Education and other related qualification

  2. 2 years’ experience in data base development and management

  3. Ability to complete tasks in a timely cost effective manner under pressure.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Good level of proficiency in qualitative and quantitative analysis using any two of the following statistical packages including SPSS, ENA for SMART, STATA

  • Strong written communication skills.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and managerial capacity
