TITLE: People & Culture and Support Services Coordinator

Location: Centre de service de Kolokani-Mali

Contract type: Local

Purpose of the position:

To coordinate People & Culture and Support Services activities at the operations Kolokani Field Service Center and ensure their smooth implementation

Major Responsibilities:

  • Ensure proper interpretation and application of terms and conditions of service to all employees

  • Liaise with the P&C Director on roll out of new policies and programs in the field

  • Provide Technical support to Kolokani Field Service Center on recruitment, transfers, promotions, salary administration, disciplinary issues and Leave administration

  • Provide protocol and Guest relations services

  • Ensure timely maintenance and servicing of office equipment, management of fleet and the cleanliness of the office and other facilities

  • Facilitate the preparation and processing of annual appraisals of Kolokani Field Service Center

  • Collate training needs within sector for incorporation into the annual training plan Of Kolokani Field Service Center

  • Oversee and coordinate all capacity building activities at Kolokani Field Service Center

  • Manage Ourpeople data to ensure the compliance

  • Administer Welfare and employee wellbeing programs at Kolokani Field Service Center

Qualifications: Education/Knowledge/Technical Skills and Experience

The following may be acquired through a combination of formal or self-education, prior experience or on-the-job training:

  • Qualification required: Master in Management of Human Resources, Business Administration, Public Admin. or related field

  • Experience: 2 years post qualification experience

Other Competencies/Attributes:

  • Computer literate (Operate Ms word and Excel and Lotus note)

  • Must be able to stand above denominational diversities.

  • Perform other duties as required.
