Finalité de la position :

To ensure that the National Office Administrative and Base administrative services contribute to the wellbeing of children by providing effective & efficient support to all programs/projects within WV Mali. And ensure that WV establish good public relationship with Government bodies, UN agencies, INGOs and Local NGO and other partners to promote WV brain and image within the country

Responsabilités Majeures:

  1. Provide good leadership to the NO Administrative and provide direct technical supervision to the Support Services coordinators at the base level , and Administration Assistants

  2. Ensure that adequate policies and procedures are maintained over administrative and procurement processes and implemented at the NO & base offices in compliance with WV’s Finance Manual and donor requirements.

  3. Ensure that all contracts relating to procurement of goods & services including, rental, repairs & maintenance, communications, goods custom clearance, etc. are developed in compliance with WV’s approved policies and procedures . Ensure all contracts and purchase requests are done through Provision. Promote transparency and limit risks.

  4. Conduct regular market surveys at the NO and base offices to ensure that procurement activities are done based on informed data and that quality goods & services are procured at competitive prices and make savings at least 5%.

  5. Provide technical support to ADPs/projects during annual budgets preparation and ensure that costs budgeted for are within reasonable limits.

  6. Ensure that WVM’s fixed assets are maintained and safeguarded against losses through regular monitoring & inventory takings, and adequate insurance coverage including WVI’s Annual Insurance Surveys.

  7. Coordinate the preparation and submission of fleet status reports and fuel consumption to all stakeholders.

Qualifications: Formation/Connaissances/Connaissances Techniques et Expériences:

The following may be acquired through a combination of formal or self-education, prior experience or on-the-job training:

Qualification minimum exigée:

  • Bachelor degree in Administration, Management, Supply Chain Management or related field.

  • Experience: 5 years

  • Preferred: 3 year experience in Administration and/or Supply Chain Management

  • Technical Skills & Abilities:

  • Computer skills

  • Experience in People management

  • Knowledge of estate management and guest relations

  • Good planning and organizational skills

  • Ability to maintain effective working relationships with all levels of staff

  • Intermediary level in English and fluent in French
