Purpose of the position:
To assist the P&C Manager to manage Human resources, and implantation HR Policies, procedures, system and medical insurance.
Recruitment & Staff Selection
Assist to recruitment and selection process according to WV policies and procedures for national positions.
Monitor staff contract status and report (contract length, end of contract, retirement, termination, resignation, death of staff).
Check regularly staff files to ensure that the following are well recorded: leave records, personnel record cards, personal files, monthly statistical reports, staff complement, staff turnover, absenteeism, sick leave etc...
Coordinate the notification of decisions in case of change such as : transfer, appointment, promotion, salary increase etc…
Benefits & Compensation:
Verify staff salary benefits, tax payment and benefits payment within the country.
Performance Management & Staff Development
Assists PC Manager in measuring performance improvement.
Ensure staff appraisal are carried out in a timely manner
Collect training needs and ensure that appropriate training and development activities are timely implemented.
Ensure each staff has an approved job description in his file.
Provide technical support on staff welfare.
Provide technical support for all department (finance,HEA,Operation…etc).
To ensure that accurate and up-to-date records are kept of all.
Perform other duties as require
Qualifications: Education/Knowledge/Technical Skills and Experience
The following may be acquired through a combination of formal or self-education, prior experience or on-the-job training:
Minimum Educational level required: University Degree in Human Resources or Law
Experience: 2 years of experience in Human Resources
Preferred : BTS or Bachelor Degree in Human Resources or Law Sciences
Technical Training qualifications required:
Good planning and organizational skills
Good communications skills
Tact and diplomacy in dealing with staff-related to work environment needs
Ability to maintain effective working relationships with all staff
Fluent in French and working knowledge in English
High performance in confidentiality.
