Administrative Assistant, Global Internal Audit GRC
PURPOSE OF POSITION:
This position is responsible for providing assistance and support to the Governance Risk and Compliance (GRC), the automated system for internal audit function, Project Director (PD) in problem solving, project planning and management, and development and execution of stated goals and objectives. This position will configure settings, maintain user access and assist in troubleshooting for the GRC system.
Oversees the operation of the project’s accounts and monitors expenditures against budget.
Creates, processes and follows up with PAs or Direct Charges as needed.
Creates Purchase Requests through ProVision and follows up with processing of invoices.
Assistance to GRC PD:
Provides assistance and support to the PD in problem solving, project planning and management, and development and execution of stated goals and objectives.
Tracks progress of the GRC roll-out road map.
Facilitates resource management and reporting.
Coordinates and provides logistic support for training.
Communicates regular/ special updates internally and externally.
Liaises with different offices (i.e. NOs), departments (i.e. Procurement) and individuals (IAMs, Super Users of the region) on logistics and matters concerning the project.
Update/modification of GRC configuration to correct faults.
Maintains user access.
Assist in troubleshooting of the system.
KNOWLEDGE,SKILLS & ABILITIES:
2-3 years of experience in project administration.
Cross cultural experience with other nationalities and foreign work environments.
Ability to communicate well with staff at all levels.
Attention to detail and thoroughness.
Effective participant in a team environment with diplomacy and tact.
Proficient in MS Office, particularly in Excel for budgeting and planning.
Written and spoken fluency in Spanish, a plus.
The position requires ability and willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 10% of the time.
