SunSystems Support Associate (2)

Job Description

PURPOSE OF POSITION:

Responsible in providing 1st level technical support to SunSystems related issues across the partnership. Provide assistance to SunSystems Specialist on SunSystems global initiatives.

Responsible in the development of general templates/partnership reports which includes sorting of requirement/s, data gathering and analysis, close coordination with stakeholders and all the way through testing, implementation and deployment. Perform other significant tasks such as monthly ledger extracts and consolidation, tracking of SunSystems and Vision Licenses, and maintenance of FRSC's SunSystems Server.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage and provide 1st level technical support to SunSystems related issues.

    Ensures to troubleshoot reported issues/errors, provide appropriate workaround. Thorougly guide users on proper handling and implementation of provided workaround. Support may either be through phone, chat, email or remote session.

    Provide assistance to SunSystems Specialist on SunSystems global initiatives.

  • Responsible in the development of general templates/partnership reports. It includes sorting of requirement/s, data gathering and analysis, close coordination with stakeholders and all the way through testing, implementation and deployment. This is to ensure maximum utilization of tools where business processes are expedited and provide accurate and complete data.

  • Proper tracking and monitoring of SunSystems and Vision Licenses of all World Vision Offices. Maintain complete documentation of existing licenses, projected and completed transfers and new orders. It also includes proper coordination with Vendor for expring, renewal, transfer and new purchase of licenses.

  • Provide monthly Ledger Extract and Consolidation to NO groups. May require restoring of SunSystems Backup File and running of template for offices with huge data. Said consolidation will be used as one of the major reference of the FRSC Team for monthly reports and analysis.

  • Administer and maintain FRSC SunSystems Server and SQL Server databases. Ensure machines' physical security, integrity, and safety of the data.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:

  • Bachelor's/University Degree specialized in IT (i.e. Computer Engineer & Computer Science)

  • 3-5yrs. Technical and Advanced SunSystems and Vision skills.

  • 2-3yrs. Strong technical/IT training experience.

  • Expertise in MS Office Applications specifically in Excel and Access.

  • Exposure to Financial Systems like SunSystems.

  • Experience in Basic SQL Script.

Preferred:

  • Able to communicate effectively

  • Can effectively work with minimal supervision.

  • Good customer service perspective.
