PURPOSE OF POSITION
The people services coordinator will be responsible for providing first level support including written enquiries, data management, policy interpretation, reporting and employee systems training for the Human Resources function in the SAP SSC, and coordination and support for all HR processes migration from SAPO region to the Manila SSC office.

Policy, Process and Procedures
Assist in providing interpretation and advice to the business regarding policies, process and procedures
Provide feedback on current processes and procedures to create better customer outcomes
Deliver reporting to people managers
Environmental Awareness/Customer Focus
Point of Contact for SAPO SSC and other P&C migration related activities.
Using on-line systems to access data and answer customer inquiries within service times
Liaising with centres of excellence to provide answers for customers
Engage with managers to interpret reporting data including monthly dashboards
Provide an outbound training service for new managers on process, procedure and system functionality
Manage case management system and ensure the correct points of escalation are delivered
Provide administrative support for existing SAPO staff and lead project activities relating to all P&C processes migrations from the NO SAPO offices
Monitor applicant records to ensure consistent and efficient recruitment processes are being executed
Manage customer satisfaction surveys
Deliver a high quality, cost effective recruitment service which adds value, meets customer needs and is aligned to business requirements and the wider P&C strategy and people agenda
Manage candidates through the selection and offer processes
Conduct initial interviewsfor SAPO SSC roles and in collabroartion with GCMO P&C and SAP P&C, coordinating with the hiring managers for interviews and offers for SSC SAPO roles in coordination with the GCMO P&C
Develop relationships and provide strategic support, coaching and guidance to managers
Manage recruitment reporting including standard and ad hoc reporting
Timely delivery of recruitment activities such as interviews, screening, and scheduling of interviews, in time to meet the hiring deadline and on boarding date.

Minimum education, training and experience requirements to qualify for the position:

Relevant tertiary qualifications or experience (BS Human Resources, BS Social Sciences, BS Human Ecology, or any related course)
4-7 years experience of doing HR work (employee relations, employee engagement, and recruitment)

Administrative experience within a team environment
Ability to translate policy and process into simple language
Customer Service environment either face to face or call centre
Migration work on HR processes, including recruitment.
Experience in a start-up/ setting up shared services.
