PURPOSE OF POSITION:
To provide technical assistance and administrative support to IT Solutions projects in coordinating multiple tracks and initiatives of Sponsorship related IT projects, Sponsorship Single User Interface, Horizon implementation and maintenance, including QA testing, documentation, coordination and proactive monitoring of application checking for reoccurring of fixed bugs for remediation and reporting.
Provide quality assurance, administrative and logistic support to the IT Solutions Projects through coordination and ensure completion of activities and tasks.
Provide application test assistance for the applications in operations maintained by IT Solutions.
Provide assistance and support in preparation of QA test progress and status reports; communicate on regular basis to the IT and business stakeholders.
Write test scripts based upon business and functional requirement.
Maintain Defect Logs from QA system; track and follow-up on the action and deadlines with people responsible.
Prepare and maintain necessary documentation related to IT tools for the technical discussions/meetings; and update the living document on regular basis.
Follow up with the IT and business stakeholders on the progress status on their deliveries that related to the IT projects and initiatives.
Provide administration assistance in setting up the meeting/discussion for online and face-to-face meetings with IT and business stakeholders on the application and QA related activities.
Prepare the necessary materials, including reports, presentations, agendas and other meeting collateral.
Transcribe, and accurately record key decisions and action items resulting from meetings.
Attend to other adhoc sundry duties as may be required.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
A bachelor’s degree of any four-year course, preferably in management, administration or related field.
Competent in Microsoft Office and Lotus Notes.
Knowledge in relevant software applications, like SingleSTEP and Horizon.
Minimum 1 year in giving support to IT management, coordination and testing.
Preferred Skills, Knowledge and Experience:
Knowledge in IT support.
Working knowledge in Quality Assurance and testing of software application.
