POSITION TITLE: Corporate Volunteer Engagement Specialist
(NATIONAL CANDITATE ONLY)
To provide assistance and technical expertise in the implementation of holistic, innovative, and progressive corporate/foundation partnership and direct marketing strategies leading to team funding growth, and supporting the goal and objectives of WVDF with the end in view of creating a continually transforming organization that engages different partners/donors to participate in its child-focused transformational development ministry.
Coordinates with the Operations Team and other community stakeholders to plan and implement employee engagement activities with corporate donors.
Properly Coordinates with the corporate donors all the details of the employee engagement activity (itinerary, community policies, budget, etc.) and make sure activities are smoothly implemented.
Support the Business Development Team and other Proposal Development Team (PDT) members from departments such as Finance, Operations, SMQA, etc. to develop funding concepts and project proposals, particularly on employee engagement.
Participates in the development and implementation of strategic corporate engagement/partnership and direct marketing strategies that would increase target acquisition rates, based on plans.
Identify and develop strategic partnerships with corporations and foundations resulting in new funding opportunities, focusing on employee engagement. Manage and strengthen relationships with corporations/foundations.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
EDUCATION: With Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or other related courses, or any Community Development course with equivalent experience in fundraising and social work.
EXPERIENCE: At least 2 years of substantial experience in fundraising, networking and community development. Experience in proposal development, developing and managing projects, and delivering development programming preferred.
EXPERTISE: Direct marketing, sales, fundraising, and strength in social work/ community development. Understanding of trends in the corporate and foundation sectors, of civil society groups, and in development ministry preferred.

MARKETING SALESMANSHIP – the ability to engage any type of partners/donors and convince them to support the ministry of World Vision through Private Non-Sponsorship Projects.
MARKETING INNOVATOR – the ability to innovate and be flexible in implementing corporate partnership and direct marketing strategies and programs to gain more support and commitment from different partners/donors.
PUBLIC RELATIONS EXPERT – the ability to represent himself/herself to different partners/donors to promote and gain support and commitment from them.
