Regional Quality Assurance Specialist



Provide analysis, research, and technical support in the area of Quality Assurance (QA), particularly related to the implementation of QA guidelines, tools, and system in alignment to the Global initiatives and being the Project Manager for specified Regional Strategic Initiatives or Global Initiatives implemented in the Region.


  • Provision of Technical Support to the National Offices in the Region in building the capacity in DME (including process and system) and evidence of impact in South Asia and Pacific.

  • Lead the coordination to improve Knowledge Management in the Region, particularly to support Accountability.

  • Strengthening Research in the Region through proper coordination, management, or facilitation of Research activity in the Region (cross National Offices) or in specified National Office.

  • Lead the Project Management for QA related initiative or as assigned by the supervisor.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Statistics, Business Administration, Engineering or other relevant degree in a quantitative analysis.

  • High understanding on DME and or Project Management.

  • Good skill in Research and Knowledge Management.

  • Demonstrates effective computer skills mainly Microsoft Office, Lotus Notes, Intranet/Internet, SmartSheet, and various software applications and databases use in analytical work.

  • Demonstrates good engagement, relationship building and collaboration.

  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.

  • Excellent proposal and report writing skills.

  • Excellent written and spoken English.

  • 3-5 years of experiences in field DME or Project Management.

  • 1-3 specific experiences in consultancy, research, and or innovation.

  • High experience in organization/facilitation for coordination and collaboration.

  • Fluent in speaking and writing in English.

Preferred Skills, Knowledge and Experience:

  • Understanding of World Vision’s operating system (including WV Programming/DME Guidelines).

  • Advance excel skills, MS Access, Sharepoint, etc.

  • Advance understanding of relational database structure.

  • Understanding of project planning and workflow management.

  • PMP or CM certified.

  • > 5 years experiences working for International Organizations/Company or reputable Consultant Management.

  • Experience in complex business analysis, data mining and statistics.

  • Experience with several methods of both qualitative and quantitative research.

Work Environment/Travel:

  • Some level of travel but not more than 20% of time.

  • Un-common office hours might be applied in need of coordination with different offices.

  • High level need of virtual engagement, facilitation, coordination with various team and offices.
