MANAGEMENT TRAINEES (Program Evaluation) – WORLD VISION LANKA

Location: Based in Colombo AND Outstation

If you are a recent graduate with a heart to serve and wish to make a difference in the lives of vulnerable children in the communities we serve, we can provide you the opportunity to develop a career path in diverse occupation fields in the international relief and development sector.

We currently seek to recruit young graduates with potential to join our Program Evaluation Unit, as Management Trainees and be developed into roles within the organisation.

Eligibility:

  • A Degree from a recognised University, preferably in Economics/Statistics/Computer Science/Agriculture/Health Science, Social Sciences or related discipline obtained within the last 02 years

  • Knowledge in Social research methodologies and statistical analysis & related software applications is of essence

  • Good analytical skills and ability to think objectively.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Sinhala/Tamil.

  • Excellent Computer skills in MS office, SPSS/MINITAB/SAS, and other statistical packages

  • Good Interpersonal skills and able to work in a team in a multicultural environment

  • Experience and skills using database programmes for data entry, analysis, and reporting preferred

  • Willing to travel and take up placement in rural villages within WVL areas of operation.

  • Commitment to World Vision values & capacity to engage with broader community in living these values
