End Results Expected
Provide technical, legal guidance for the Gender Based Violence (GBV) programming in the project by outlining approaches, client flow and referral mechanism
GBV programming for the project defined and documents for such made available
Conduct community assessment to enroll GBV cases into project
Cases of GBV enrolled as targeted
Conduct training, orientation, supervision and monitoring of project staff and volunteers on GBV and programming for GBV
Project staff and volunteers trained on GBV and GBV programming
Liaise with all project staff and community cadre for purposes of survivor follow-up as part of case management to individual survivors.
Good relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Complete and maintain case management records to maximize confidentiality and safety
Case management records kept professionally and accessible to staff and donor
Conduct an analysis of trends of GBV incidences and related information on a quarterly basis and present report to the Case Management Coordinator for advocacy and program future program
Prepare and submit timely professional reports that meet internal and donor requirements
Ensure program is evaluated for program effectiveness and strategies are developed to tackle short comings
Plan and deliver interventions of the project on day to day basis towards achievement of set objectives
Effective and efficient day to day project implementation
