Program Information Management Officer (Horizon)
World Vision Foundation of Thailand (WVFT) is a non-profit, Christian organization, dedicated to transformational development of children, families and communities. It was founded in 1974, and is currently supporting children, families and community development
in 46 provinces in Thailand.
Purpose of Position:
The Officer will also contribute towards the successful rollout and maintenance of Horizon 3.0 as mandated by Global National Office Dashboard (GNOD) and Program Capability and Performance Review (PCPR). This includes responsibility for Horizon 3.0 data migration, and contribution towards capacity building and necessary follow-ups to build a strong Community of Practice.
Perform data entry as necessitated by Horizon 3.0 rollout.
Work with PIM Team Leader to build the capacity of staff at NO, regional, and field levels to use Horizon 3.0
Work with PIM Team Leader to foster a strong Community of Practice for Horizon 3.0 within WVFT
Coordinate with relevant stakeholders as necessary to Horizon 3.0 rollout.
Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisor.
Horizon 3.0 rollout is prone to sudden changes and requires an adaptive working style.
Horizon 3.0 rollout have segments of time sensitive work and requires being able to work under pressure.
Bachelors degree in relevant field (Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration preferred)
Highly detail-oriented and well organized
Strong written and oral skills in Thai with working understanding of English Strong managerial skill in human and system
Creative Thinking & Strong Initiative; Independent Thinking and Analytical Mindset Approach
Strong written and oral skills in English
Ability to solve problems effectively, manages multiple deadlines, organize priorities, and foster an atmosphere of teamwork
Familiarity with development, relief, and advocacy work
Experience of working in an international environment
Experience in preparing and/or managing projects (including budgets)
