World Vision Foundation of Thailand (WVFT) is a non-profit, Christian organization, dedicated to transformational development of children, families and communities. It was founded in 1974, and is currently supporting children, families and community development in 46 provinces in Thailand.

Purpose of Position:

The Strategy and Quality Assurance Specialist is responsible to support the Strategy Manager in overall strategy management processes of WVFT. This includes the development of clear and research-based national office strategy that is responsive to the local context and aligns with WVs global and regional strategies; engagement with different internal stakeholders on strategy processes; cascading, monitoring and evaluation of strategy in coordination with DM & E department.

Role Dimension:

Undertakes research initiatives(internal and external landscape) to support strategy development and maintains awareness of emerging trends and literature relating to WVFTs programming and resource development.

Support the Strategy Manager in the development of Multi-year Planning and Budget which includes Strategy Implementation Plan, Annual Business Plan and Organizational Capacity Plan

Support in the facilitation and quality assurance of the development and implementation of Technical Approaches and ministry strategic guidance for cross-cutting themes of NO Strategy (boosters)

Perform assessments and analyses of integration touch points across ministries and functions in WVFT to guide process improvement and effective collaboration.

Other duties as assigned.

Job Qualification:

Bachelors degree in relevant field (Business, International Studies, Marketing, Economics, etc.)

Highly detailed, process-oriented, and well organized.

Strong written and oral skills in English and Thai.

Creative Thinking & Strong Initiative; Independent Thinking.

Persuasive and compelling writing skills.

Ability to solve problems effectively, manager multiple deadlines, organize priorities, and foster an atmosphere of teamwork.

3 years of relevant experience with strategy and/or business management.

Experience with and strong understanding of international development and NGO work.
