Contract: Full-time, Permanent

Based: Milton Keynes

Combine your experience of financial reporting and data analysis, with great customer service to help transform the lives of the worlds most vulnerable children.

World Vision is the world’s largest international children’s charity. Every day we bring real hope to millions of children in the world’s hardest places as a sign of God’s unconditional love. At World Vision, our aim is simple – to keep every child free from fear. We are also proud to be ranked 9thplace in the top 100 ‘Best Not-For-Profit Organisations to Work For' in 2016.

You will pro-actively manage the financial and administrative support to the Philanthropy Team, to ensure they have accurate information, data insights and the resources they need in order to build strong relationships with our Philanthropic Supporters.

Do you have a flair with data and a creative streak? Do you enjoy providing insights and support to drive the external team forward? We are looking for a proactive and forward thinker to use your experience of financial reporting and data analysis in an exciting fast-moving fundraising team. You have an eye for detail, that ensures that the team can rely on you for accurate reliable data. Your ability to analyse data provides insights for the team members you work with, and enables the team to make timely decisions.

You also want to provide excellent customer service, to ensure that our Supporters are stewarded appropriately for their donations to World Vision. You can think creatively, whether this be creating a special one-off thank you gift to a supporter, or for creating an invitation to visit our projects in Somalia.

You are able to work independently, and use your initiative to resolve problems and difficulties. You love working on multiple tasks, and knowing that each day will be different to the previous day!

Educated to degree level, you have an excellent knowledge of Excel and are confident working with numerical data and financial reporting. You are excellent at building collaborative relationships across an organization, and are a confident communicator.

All applicants must be willing to work within a Christian framework and be sensitive to its various expressions across cultures and denominations.

In addition to the salary offered, we offer good benefits including pension, subsidised gym membership, generous holiday entitlement, childcare vouchers and free parking.
