World Vision is an international children’s charity working with children, their communities, and with supporters and partners, in almost 100 countries.

Through long-term development projects, emergency responses and advocacy we’ve helped bring lasting change to millions of children, over more than 60 years. And as a Christian organisation, everything we do is motivated by our faith as we strive to reflect God’s unconditional love.

Work for World Vision UK and you will be part of a truly global Partnership, building brighter futures for vulnerable children.

Use your skills where they really matter

Are you looking to use your administration skills in an environment where you can make a difference? We have an exciting opportunity for you to join the Sponsorship Operations team, where you can make an impact on the lives of some of the worlds most vulnerable children.

In this role you would be responsible for running weekly reports to check the accuracy and consistency of data that we import and export to our global partnership, continually looking for ways to improve the current processes and find efficiencies.

You will be able to use your relational skills to build cross-team relationships, both internally and with our colleagues across the world, communicating effectively to ensure that tasks are completed. You will use these relationships when managing the number of children available for Child Sponsorship and enabling other teams to run their campaigns effectively.

Working in a small team, you will be self-motivated and willing to get stuck in to team tasks that arise, providing support to colleagues in the Supporter Care team by raising queries with our field-based colleagues abroad and following up on outstanding tasks.

If youre looking to develop your career in the charity sector, then this is the role youve been waiting for.

As an active Christian, this role offers you the opportunity to integrate your Christian faith and be sensitive to its various expressions across cultures and denominations.

In addition to the salary offered, we offer good benefits including pension, generous holiday entitlement and free parking.
