Risk and Compliance Officer
Salary: £30,763 per annum depending on experience + good range of benefits
Contract: Permanent, full time and part time hours considered (1.6 FTE)
Based: Milton Keynes

As Risk and Compliance Officer at World Vision UK you will bring previous experience of working in Risk and Compliance and change management experience which will include strong stakeholder management and communications and an ability to deliver Risk and Compliance focused projects across the organisation. These projects are varied in nature, covering everything from implementing new Charity Sector regulation to Global Partnership initiatives as well as internal risk requirements.
In this key position you will be exposed to a broad range of Risk and Compliance work, enabling us to ensure we stay on mission with the World’s Most Vulnerable Children. You’ll also have the ability to land those Risk and Compliance elements, ensuring the detail is covered with dotted I’s and crossed T’s and appropriate embedding into the organisation via pertinent communications and, where required, training. Sometimes this may include internal policy review and update. This role reports into the Head of Risk and Compliance, it has no line management responsibilities downstream, although you will work well in a matrix environment.
