At World Vision, our aim is simple – to keep every child free from fear. We are also proud to be ranked 9thplace in the top 100 ‘Best Not-For-Profit Organisations to Work For' in 2016.

Do you live and breathe social media? Can you rethink how we use our channels to talk to different audiences?

We’re looking for someone with the skills, experience and ideas to take our social media to a startling new level. We need someone who can own transformation and drive change.

World Vision helps millions of vulnerable children across the world. Tens of thousands of people in the UK support our work.

You’ll build audience reach and engagement. You’ll create, post and promote a distinctive and compelling flow of content that drives action. You’ll lead an influencer programme to share content and generate debate.

You’ll be our social media expert, managing a social media co-ordinator and advising other managers. Think you can do it?

  9. Train staff and act as WVUKs social media expert for senior leaders and managers.

  10. Manage social media agencies and the social media budget, including promotional budget.

  11. Analyse and report on social media activity to achieve key performance indicators,

  12. Line-manage a social media co-ordinator, maximising performance, developing work opportunities and supporting personal growth and spiritual nurture.
