Salary: £27,000 per annum + good range of benefits
Contract: Permanent – 36.5 hours per week

World Vision is an international children’s charity working with children, their communities, and with supporters and partners, in almost 100 countries.
Through long-term development projects, emergency responses and advocacy we’ve helped bring lasting change to millions of children, over more than 60 years. And as a Christian organisation, everything we do is motivated by our faith as we strive to reflect God’s unconditional love.
Work for World Vision UK and you will be part of a truly global Partnership, building brighter futures for vulnerable children.
Do you love building relationships and inspiring people? Are you passionate about International development? Do you have a close eye for detail? If so, this role is probably perfect for you!
We are looking for a Sponsor Visits Manager to accompany and lead our sponsors on group visits, and to manage a programme of individual sponsor visits. When they return, you’ll also continue that relationship to help them share their experience of a lifetime with friends and family, fundraise within their community and build brand awareness of World Vision’s work.
The successful candidate will have excellent relational skills and will inspire supporters to increase their engagement with World Vision. You’ll have excellent attention to detail and be confident in refining and improving processes to ensure an exceptional level of service. You’ll also be strategically minded, working with colleagues across the Organisation to develop ways of encouraging more sponsors to go on visits, and to maximise the value of visits.
As an active Christian, this role offers you the opportunity to integrate your Christian faith and be sensitive to its various expressions across cultures and denominations.
In addition to the salary offered, we offer good benefits including pension, generous holiday entitlement and free parking (MK only).
