Strategy Project Manager
Salary: £35,000 - 40,000 per annum + good range of benefits
Contract: Full/part-time, Permanent
Based: Milton Keynes

Strategy Realisation includes significant programmatic elements to deliver on Imperatives and Enablers. Additional project and change management expertise is needed to support this, and achieve the agreed goals. WVUK recently embarked on the implementation phase of the new strategy, requiring changes in brand positioning, focus on Faith in development, initiatives to reach new audiences via new channels and beneficiary “products”, and management of increased grant work. Together these require additional project management capabilities, innovation, and ability to drive flexibility and agility. All these will enable us to fulfil the strategic objective standing more effectively with the world’s most vulnerable children?
This role will be responsible for managing elements of the strategy realisation programme, including one of the Imperatives and 1 or more enablers
Establish and manage resources and accountabilities to complete consolidated activities across all teams in the organisation.
Gain buy-in from senior stakeholders; determine and agree priorities
Create work-plans including agreement on short-term priorities and the delivery of some ‘quick wins’, against agreed budget
Lead the delivery of the relevant Imperative and enabler(s), including project and change management
Oversee the identification and on-boarding of appropriate agency / specialist resources to support delivery
Identify & leverage best practice activities and solutions from across World Vision International (WVI)
Management of external relationships e.g specialists, consultants involved in strategy realisation work
Design, manage and oversee new processes
This role will require interaction externally, and leadership of WVUK teams. Both require a living out of an active Christian faith in their work.
