Supporter & Field Relations Team Member
Salary: £18,443 per annum + good range of benefits
Contract: Permanent –36.5 hours per week
Based: Milton Keynes

We are seeking an intelligent and ambitious new member of our Supporter Care team.
The Supporter Care Team is at the heart of World Vision and is the first point of contact for our 70,000 supporters and the public. The successful candidate will use their excellent communication skills and proactivity to handle all interactions with supporters professionally and empathetically, and to identify opportunities to encourage supporters to increase their support.
You will need to have:
Outstanding communication skills
Strong problem solving and decision-making
The ability to organise and prioritise your own workload
A strong team working ethos
A desire to develop your skills and knowledge
An interest in international development and fundraising
