Supporter Operations Team Member
Salary: £18,443 per annum + good range of benefits

To provide a first class downloading data, printing and administrative service for WVUK and maintaining the data in ECHO to the highest possible quality. To continually explore ways to enable Supporters to increase engagement with WVUK and minimise attrition. To provide and enable others to provide excellent customer service maintaining and increasing the level of financial and non-financial engagement of our supporters.
Prioritise and carry out complex batch printing of supporter letters and resources
Maintain, manage and troubleshoot six industrial sized printers and other standard models – liaising with IT and Printer Engineers
Manage and order stock and resources – checking internal stores and liaising with marketing and printers to ensure all resources are current and in stock
Liaise with IT, PE, Income Processing and Supporter Care to ensure letters are printed, checked and dispatched within a timely manner whilst maintaining high standards and attention to detail
Check , package and send all documentation within agreed timescales ensuring letters are monitored and are of the highest quality
Register Supporters for World Vision initiatives received via coupon, website, email and text messages
Adding new sponsorships and money handles to Echo ensuring data is recorded accurately and within agreed timeframes
Liaise with the 15 Neighbourhood Fundraising (NFR) agencies, IT and WV NFR specialist to ensure data issues are investigated and followed up within a timely efficient manner.
Create, maintain and update Supporter Records within Echo by championing data quality– ensuring data protection and child protection policies are adhered to at all times
Process ECC downloads and update quarantine rows to ECHO
Process changes in Supporters contact details and follow up with Supporters to resolve incorrect details by email
Follow up on Gone Aways and Automated returned mail within Echo
Seek opportunities to increase supporter’s engagement with WVUK
Create and update Supporter Records and ensure all new feedback is noted on their record.
Open post and Scan supporter letters, event coupons, dd mandates and payment details and ensure new feedback is noted on the relevant record ensuring all financial details are documented correctly and tasks generated for appropriate teams
