Salary: £21,985 per annum + good range of benefits

Contract: Permanent – Full Time

Based: Milton Keynes

This position is responsible for helping the ITC & Ops Business Partnering team to facilitate the most effective use of the data and configuration opportunities within Echo (CRM database), to enable the Fundraising and Marketing Group to meet its objectives., by monitoring and maintaining Data quality, Maintaining Supporter Letter configuration, and supporting Senior members of the Business Partnering team.

Key Responsibilities

Responsible for excellent Data quality on the ECHO database by regularly checking and cleansing data in a timely manner to ensure the quality of data included in Direct mailings is of a high standard and taking initiative to identify data quality issues at other times and where appropriate to correct data.

Processing and, where necessary, manipulation of data files from internal and external sources for importing into the database.

Letter development Develop complex letters using Microsoft Word 2007, including requirements capture and analysis, letter development, testing, printer set-up, sign-off, and deployment. These letters are used in conjunction with World Vision’s supporter management system 'Echo' to communicate with World Vision’s supporters. In addition Letter fault investigation and resolution, including printing issue resolution (in consultation with the infrastructure team where necessary).

Support other members of the team in wider activities
