The Creative Writing & Storytelling post-college internship is an important member of the Global Marketing Innovation team who will help craft storytelling content to invite more people to join World Vision in its mission to create lasting impact that will live on in generations to come.

The Marketing & Communications post-college internship with World Vision will involve: producing creative content and storytelling, collaborating with our team to produce materials for content marketing and social media, and

participating in developing campaigns and resources to mobilize and engage supporters around World Vision’s work.

This internship will provide a top-notch recent or upcoming college graduate with the opportunity to join the World Vision International’s Global Marketing Innovation team for ten months. Starting date is negotiable.

Interns will receive a $1600 monthly living stipend and gain significant ministry and professional development experiences through vocational coaching, intentional mentorship with World Vision staff, and possible external education opportunities. This internship will be located in Federal Way, WA.

  • Research and analytical skills.

  • Innovative, with a passion and ability to explore new ideas.

  • Collaborative, with experience working with teams.

  • Strong written and interpersonal communication skills.

  • Excellent organizational skills.

  • Project management capabilities, with experience completing projects from start-to-finish.

  • Passion for and starting knowledge of social justice issues, particularly relating to development.

  • Basic understanding of marketing and communications for non-profit purposes.

  • Visual storytelling (photo, video, etc.) skills and experience, preferred.
