Job Title: Program Manager
Purpose of the Position
To manage the project in line with internal guidelines and donor regulations.
Qualifications and Skills:
Degree in Agriculture/Development Studies/Business Administration/ Management/ International Development or other relevant technical sector, plus post graduate qualifications in a professional discipline.
5-6 years relevant experience in community development/ humanitarian work, with minimum of 3 at a supervisorial / managerial level
Donor engagement experience.
Ability to lead effective long and short-term planning.
Ability to align team goals with vision/mission/strategy.
Ability to maintain strong links with other NGO’s, community structures and government agencies.
Clean Class 4 Driver’s License a must.
