Field Monitors – (Hwange x 4)/Mudzi x 3)
Purpose of the Position: Facilitate the implementation of all WFP PAC programs in the wards of operation according to Donor and World Vision standards and guidelines.
Facilitate identification, registration, and verification of beneficiaries, implementing and monitoring programs in prescribed wards according to donor standards.
Ensure that the commodities are managed and accounted for according to World Vision and donor standards.
Distribution of food and non-food commodities to the beneficiaries.
Coordinate and liaise with the stakeholders at ward level.
Facilitate information sharing with communities and stakeholders about World Vision and its programs.
Prepare relevant program reports and submit them to the field officer.
Uphold humanitarian accountability standards.
Identify training needs and facilitate training for the community.
Knowledge and Skills:
Diploma/Degree in Nutrition, Livestock Management, Agriculture, Agronomy, Water Management, Environmental Management, Civil Engineering and Agricultural Engineering.
Able to speak local languages.
In-depth knowledge of humanitarian work.
Ability to manage and account for commodities.
